It is important to send a letter to address this kind of stuff. I know that social media is a thing now, but we should not let that get in the way of our values. Letters are still the formal way of sending a message, especially it involves a high ranking official. I hope that we do not forget to send out letters a lot more often. It is not a bad way, in fact, it is the best way of doing things.
